You can download the FanPerq extension from the Chrome Web Store. Once installed, it automatically activates when you visit a YouTube live stream that has a FanPerq session running.

Signing in with Google lets you track your rewards in your wallet and carry your participation history across streams. You can still view events without signing in, but you won't be able to claim rewards.

The Wallet stores rewards you've earned by participating in live stream events like drops, trivia, and predictions. You can view your rewards anytime from the extension popup.

Sign up at studio.fanperq.com, connect your YouTube channel, and create a session. You can then launch interactive experiences from the Creator Studio dashboard while you're live.

FanPerq offers six experience types: Drops (timed giveaways), Live Polls (real-time voting), Trivia (timed questions with leaderboards), Predictions (outcome betting), Spin Wheel (random selections), and Word Clouds.

Yes. Depending on your plan, you can attach sponsor branding to your interactive experiences. This is a great way to monetize engagement beyond traditional ads.

Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Creator Studio, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

We process payments securely through Paystack. You can pay with major credit and debit cards.

The extension only activates on YouTube live stream pages. It communicates with our servers to display interactive events and sync your participation. We do not track your browsing activity outside of FanPerq sessions. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

We use encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments to protect your information. Authentication is handled via Google OAuth, so we never store your password.
