FanPerq Child Safety Standards

FanPerq is operated by Blink Binary (Pty) Ltd. These standards apply to the FanPerq Android app, the FanPerq browser extension, FanPerq Creator Studio, and the FanPerq website. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) anywhere on FanPerq.

What is prohibited

Any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): any visual depiction, including photos, videos, and computer-generated imagery, of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct
• Grooming a child for sexual exploitation
• Sextortion or any attempt to obtain sexual content from a child
• Trafficking of a child for sex, or promoting or facilitating it
• Sexualising minors in text, images, usernames, experiences, or sponsor content

This applies to everything on FanPerq, including viewer responses (such as word cloud answers), creator experiences, images, sponsor content, and account profiles.

How to report a concern

If you see anything on FanPerq that may involve the abuse or exploitation of a child, report it to us straight away by emailing hello@blinkbinary.com with the subject "Child safety report". In the FanPerq Android app, you can also tap Settings, then Report a concern. Include the creator or account name, the session or experience, and what you saw. Please do not download, copy, or forward any suspected abuse material, including to us.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first. In South Africa, call 10111.

How we respond

• We review every child safety report as a priority.
• When we become aware of CSAM or CSAE on FanPerq, we remove the content and suspend or permanently ban the accounts involved.
• We report CSAM and CSAE to the relevant authorities as required by law, including the South African Police Service and the Film and Publication Board in South Africa, and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant authority in other countries.
• We preserve relevant information and cooperate with law enforcement investigations.

Compliance with child safety laws

Blink Binary (Pty) Ltd complies with applicable child safety laws, including the South African Films and Publications Act and the laws of the countries where FanPerq is available. You must be at least 16 years old to create a FanPerq account. Our Terms prohibit the conduct described on this page.
